Using the slope and ballistic of recycling waste such as glass bottles, air atomizing, iron cans, etc. contained in waste through primary hand screening, heavy fraction including plastics bounds down by rotating sorting screen up and down, and light fraction in the unstable form such as film, paper, etc. is discharged to the top by the climbing exercise and screening fraction such as soil, etc. is classified by 3 categories to improve the efficiency of the waste screening.

Advantages

Composition of Equipment

• 1) PADDLE: The angle of each paddle can be adjusted easily, and covering can be replaced and mounted easily by a variety of screens whenever required.
• 2) ROTATING CRANKSHAFT: The structure is designed to enable paddle to move up and down quickly in the opposite direction to each other and to easily separate waste depending on its type and weight.
• 3) SCREEN: The screen installed on top of each paddle, is designed to adjust the screen size, depending on your needs.
• 4) Outlet: Heavy waste such as plastics, etc. is made in the lower side, and light waste in the unstable form such as film, paper, etc. in the upper side, and in the lower center, the slope hopper is installed for collecting the debris in grain size.
